Q: What size hole do I need to mount the Turntablet?

A: The Turntablet will fit a 15.25" to 17" diameter hole in any 3/4" thick surface. This is to allow for proper ventilation for the Cintiq and for cables to pass through the work-surface. The Turntablet can be easily configured for other worksurface thicknesses.

Q: What tools do I need to install the Turntablet?

A: If installing in a desk that has an existing hole, like an animation desk, you will need a tape measure, drill, center punch and hammer. Complete instructions, mounting hardware, drill bit and a drilling template are included with every Turntablet. Custom installations are available, please contact us for further information.

Q: My keyboard is too wide; can you recommend some alternate ones?

A: The BTC 6100 works well and is available at Fry's and other retailers.

Q: How can I mount my keyboard so it won't slide?

A: We typically place two parallel, vertical strips on the desk and two on the keyboard to allow for a variety of mounting positions.
